In my years of experience with dress design, I have explored and expanded my creative horizons and developed a love for design in other areas as well. In honoring the dresses that I recreate, I have discovered that the reason I love doing photo shoots is that I really enjoy creating the backdrop that pulls it all together.
Because I enjoy doing all aspects of the set production myself (Note: I was 45 minutes late for my own wedding because I needed to do the decorations myself!) I realized that setting up beautiful decor for others would be just as enjoyable and would alleviate stress for those hosting the event (see aforementioned note).
So, I am branching out in the design department to help brides (or anyone having a party!) create beautiful surroundings for a memorable celebration.
